About Falcon City of Wonders
Falcon City of Wonders is a large-scale real estate project in Dubailand, featuring recreations of the seven wonders of the world, a theme park, commercial facilities, sports venues, and educational institutions. It includes 30,000 residential units of varying sizes, catering to both investors and residents. Spanning 42 million square feet and shaped like a falcon, the development symbolizes the UAE's national emblem and aligns with Dubai's tourism expansion goals. The project encompasses over twenty subcommunities, with residential plots spread across 1.3 million sq. ft. Already, over 600 villas and townhouses are complete, and the plan includes commercial properties in future developments.
