Downtown Views II is a new project launched by Emaar Properties in January 2017. The original Downtown Views tower was a big success and had been completely sold out within less than 48 hours. According to the developer, the new tower will be connected with The Dubai Mall.

The project consists of 3 towers of 52, 59 and 64 storeys. It is located on the primary Financial Centre Road. Property for sale in Downtown Views 2 includes 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments. The size of 1-bedroom apartment is 806 square feet, 2-bedroom ranges from 1087 to 1706 sqft, 3-bedroom – 1627 to 2432 sqft, 4BR – 2493 to 2572 sqft.
