Mr. Saad Ur Rehman, originally from Islamabad, Pakistan, is passionate about business, finance, IT, and gadgets, interests that have shaped his career path. In 2022, Saad moved to Dubai to further his career in finance, with a focus on the real estate industry. Since joining Homeland Realty in July 2022, he has brought six years of finance experience to the team—four years in Pakistan and two in Dubai, specializing in real estate finance.
Prior to Homeland Realty, Saad worked with Sab Auditing of Accounts for one year and Xact Auditing of Accounts for nearly two years in Dubai. In Pakistan, he gained valuable experience as a forex trader in the international market. Saad holds an MBA in Finance and a Postgraduate degree in Banking and Finance, and he is currently pursuing the CMA - USA, which he expects to complete next year. Additionally, he has received corporate tax training from PwC and holds a VAT certification from Dubai authorities.
Saad’s expertise lies in real estate finance, where his background in forex trading and auditing gives him a comprehensive and analytical approach to financial management. He provides strategic financial guidance to businesses within the real estate sector, applying insights from both Pakistan and Dubai markets. His most notable achievement is the successful transition from forex trading in Pakistan to real estate finance in Dubai, where he continues to grow and refine his skills.
