About Arjan
Arjan, a new community on the outskirts of Dubai within Dubailand, is bordered by Al Barsha South and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, with Dubai Motor City and the Dubai Autodrome nearby. Launched in 2006, by September 2020, Arjan had 48 completed buildings and 37 under construction, with a fully developed transportation system. The neighborhood features residential complexes, commercial buildings, and retail developments, and is known for Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden. Most buildings in Arjan are low- to mid-rise, offering a serene atmosphere with less traffic and lower population density.
