About Bluewaters
Bluewaters Island, located off the coast of JBR, is a prominent man-made island in Dubai developed by Meraas. It is renowned for hosting the world's largest observation wheel, Ain Dubai. Positioned opposite the seaside, Bluewaters Island aims to be a leading tourist destination with leisure facilities, water activities, upscale resorts, and restaurants. The project includes 132 retail stores, Caesars Palace, and Cove Beach.Initiated in 2013, the development was sanctioned by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. It offers luxurious waterfront properties and is designed to be a mixed-use residential and leisure destination. The completed complex will feature 10 residential buildings, 2 luxury hotels, 2,400 parking spaces, and 164 retail and dining establishments, all connected by pedestrian bridges and major routes to the mainland.
