The City of Arabia, situated in the heart of Dubailand and 18 km from Dubai International Airport, spans over 185 hectares. It features the region's largest shopping mall, The Mall of Arabia, with extensive retail and F&B options; The Restless Planet, a dinosaur theme park; and the Wadi Walk, offering Mediterranean-style apartments, cafes, and shops along a 10 km artificial waterway. The development also includes 34 towers for commercial, hotel, and residential use. Its master design is fan-shaped, centered along Emirates Road, with a ring road network and radial distribution of buildings, focusing tower buildings along the northern and eastern edges.
