About Culture Village
Dubai Culture Village, near Al Jaddaf along the Dubai Creek, is a waterfront development spanning 3.7 million square meters. It includes residential structures, the Palazzo Versace Dubai hotel, exhibition centers, and more. Launched in 2006, the first phase featured D1 Tower and Palazzo Versace Dubai (completed in 2017). The development aims to preserve UAE's art and culture, with Islamic architectural influences and plans for art centers, museums, and cultural institutions. Dubai Culture Village comprises four districts: residential, commercial, retail, and leisure. Its strategic location between Al Garhoud Bridge and Business Bay Crossing connects it to major areas like Bur Dubai, Downtown Dubai, and Business Bay.
