About Dubai Healthcare City

Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) is a free zone district in Bur Dubai, established in 2002 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. It serves as a global hub for medical research, education, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare services. The community provides residential options as well. The first phase of DHCC includes 168 clinical facilities, five hospitals, and 36 recreational facilities, attracting regional and international healthcare providers. Over 4,425 healthcare professionals offer advanced treatments. The Clinical Complex houses specialty clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and offices. There are fully furnished offices for corporations and workstations for SMEs. Additionally, 100,000 square feet of land is available for clinical and commercial use.
