Emaar Bliss Arabian Ranches III

Bliss 2 is a new phase in the Arabian Ranches 3 neighborhood, and is the highly-anticipated last phase of the mid-range townhouses in the district by Emaar Properties. The construction of the freehold residential complex is scheduled to begin in May 2022 and the estimated date of completion is Q4 2024.

Bliss is the first ever urban village with whitewashed and neoclassical townhouses in Dubai that has a sustainable design, and was inspired by real estate in Santorini. The area has cobbled streets and winding paths that bring the complex together.

The Bliss 2 residential development offers 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses. The property area of units ranges from 2,174 to 3,419 sqft and residents can choose between two collections of homes, including modern and classic styles. Bliss 2 is a gated development with only one access entrance. The total number of townhouses in the sub-community constitutes 269, while the residential population of Bliss 2 will reach up to 1,280.
