Founder & CEO
Hamed Ghelichkhani
Hamed Ghelichkhani, born in Tehran, is the Founder and CEO of Homeland Realty and a prominent figure in Dubai’s real estate market. He moved to Dubai in 2003 and, after holding senior roles at Dehkadeh, Caspian, and Fidu Properties, founded Homeland in October 2021. With 22 years of residency and 18 years of professional experience in Dubai real estate, he is recognized as one of the industry’s pioneering leaders. Hamed has an academic background in Civil Engineering and Business Management, is fluent in Persian and English, and has working proficiency in Arabic.
